This really good small vertical milling machine by George Taylor of Coventry has a number of features attractive to model engineers. The table is just under 18" x 5", and has power cross-feed. The spindle is flat-belt driven with three speeds supplied by a hefty single-phase 1HP motor. THe spindle has a permanently-fitted collet chuck, which has the original six collets with it. A digital readout has been fitted to the vertical axis, and a DTI mounting bar is mounted beside the collet chuck. The relatively small footprint of the machine belies its weight: it really is massive, and is in lovely condition - £495.00
