A bearing removal slide-hammer by Plumb, USA, with reversible jaws for internal or external gripping. 660mm overall length - £29.00
A substantial magnetic sine table by Ratcliffe/Jones & Shipman, 125mm between centres, and with a table 255mm x 125mm. No key, but otherwise fully-functioning. Paintwork is chipped, but working surfaces are in good condition - £140.00
An Emco Compact 10 bench screwcutting lathe. This model is a super piece of kit, but this particular machine has been a little neglected during its lifetime, so this is reflected in the price. It does not have a full set of changewheels, and the tailstock spindle clamp is missing. It is fitted with a Dickson-type quick-change toolpost (one holder), and comes with a tailstock drill chuck, a tailstock live centre, a bed stop and the original Emco 4-jaw self-centre chuck. The latter has been damaged on the noses of the four jaws, but the gripping faces are in good order. Only one set of jaws unfortunately. The original manual is with the machine, which is single-phase 240V, and has a capacity of 140mm centre-height with 650mm between centres. £695.00
We've never seen this machine before - it's a Record Power RPBS 780 small metalcutting bandsaw made in 1997 but which appears to have done very little work. It is highly portable and although the blades are of non-standard length, we acquired two new ones for it overnight from those excellent folk at NLS Tools (www.justbandsaw blades.co.uk). It is a 2-speed machine, and relies on gentle hand-pressure to generate the down-pressure for cutting. The head swivels up to 45deg, and there is a sturdy vice incorporated with covered screw. The machine is in excellent condition - £135.00
An unusual truncated angle plate in very good condition, measuring 150mm wide, 127mm deep and 127mm high with the two faces both 18mm thick. None of the sides have been drilled for fixing - £26.00
