LATE ARRIVALS - COLLECTABLES

Staying with the railway theme, we have two unusual modern railway hammers. These are both unused, made by Bulldog Tools, Sheffield, and are in superb condition. Top is a 4.5kg keying hammer with a 900mm hickory stem - £34.00. Bottom is what we presume is a 1.4kg wheeltapper's hammer on a 600mm hickory stem - £25.00

 

A box of Stratford flexible steel lacing, No.1 - for belts up to 5/32" thick. Contains 9 full-length (8") pieces, and two shorter lengths - £12.00

 

A single-handed scythe, stamped 'MADE IN AUSTRIA', with a blade length of just 12" and overall length of 24". Small (⅜") crack about 2" from heel of blade, but otherwise in very sound condition - £18.00

         

A delightful "Perfection Miter Box" (without saw) by the Union Hardware Company of Torrington, Conn., USA, in laminated timber cast iron fittings. Very accurate angular location device and super trade label - £25.00

 

One for the vintage tractor enthusiasts: we have a number of these PTO spline converters, all of which are 1⅜" female to 1⅛" male, though there are a variety of lengths - £5.00 each
